Orders

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before your order ships.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States, with plans to expand internationally as we grow.

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping timelines vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Exchanges and Returns

We accept changes on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided pieces are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items may be final sale.

Because we are a small, independent brand, at this time we do not offer returns. Refer to our Exchange Policy for full details.

Many Lunetti pieces are created using seamless knitting technology, allowing support and stretch to be engineered directly into the fabric. The result is a smoother fit designed to move with you throughout the day.

Some Lunetti pieces, particularly our seamless styles, are engineered using circular knitting technology, where stretch, support, and structure are built directly into the fabric. Because the piece is created as a continuous knit, sizing must be developed within specific technical ranges to ensure the intended level of comfort, recovery, and support.

Seamless construction naturally allows for more flexibility within each size, but it also requires thoughtful size grouping to maintain performance and fit integrity. As Lunetti grows, expanding our size range remains an important area of development, and we are continuously working with our partners to improve inclusivity while preserving the technical standards that define our products.

Materials & Care

Our seamless garments require specific technical yarns to achieve the stretch, recovery, and support we design for. Whenever possible, we prioritize natural, recycled, and lower-impact materials and continue working toward more responsible alternatives.

We recommend cold washing and laying flat to dry to preserve the integrity and softness of your pieces. Specific care instructions are listed on each product label.
